An unifying principle in their heart is that the Earth is in a mood of active peace, constantly varying, running eradication just to raise itself into creativity once more, thus following the spiral in a ever stopping age of existence; and aspect that works for the world is true for us. The Daoist idea upon which schools of Chinese medicine are build, is “as is near, so is below.” Additionally fixed in Asian thought is the concept of microcosm and macrocosm, with humans representing the microcosm within a huge macrocosm that supports people. Each part within our organisms is a miniature world which enlightens on its own for the benefit of the big part and it is the entire that gives power for the life of the organisms. This is what students train on at Chinese traditional acupuncture schools.
So what does this have to do with traditional Chinese medical acupuncture nowadays? Well, extremely simply, everything just because they as Western doctors have, due to a superficial model of analysis, confused on our own. Chinese people do not deal with cosmic concepts weakly because Chinese doctors see them effortlessly and ignorance of their being. Stay aware, ignorance runs itself in the appearance of treatment which tyrannizes us all. Anyway people aren’t going to give up, always!
